Genesis Health Clubs has become the largest provider in Fort Collins of health and fitness facilities, having purchased Miramont Lifestyle Fitness Club last year. This move is made possible by a deal reached with Rodney Steven II, a Fort Collins philanthropist. Steven posted the news on Twitter. Fort Collins Club has a long history of being a community leader in fitness. The five-acre property features a weight room, indoor and outdoor pools, racquetball and squash courts, a 24-hour fitness center, and more.

New owner

The new owner of the Genesis Fort Collins Club plans to revamp the 55,000 square foot facility into an even more luxurious destination. Heenan, who also owns The Orchards of Loveland in California, plans to renovate the Fort Collins Club in order to make it the best health club within the region. Heenan indicated that the Fort Collins Club would have premium amenities and eventually a rebrand to Genesis Fort Collins.
